At Partnership for Talent, we are an independently owned and operated consulting firm that specializes in delivering impactful strategic HR services tailored to the unique needs of small and medium-sized organizations. Our founder's extensive background and experience allow us to provide executive-level HR support, bridging the gap for organizations that may not typically have access to such resources.


In today's dynamic business landscape, it's evident that every organization can benefit from a strategic partner to navigate challenges like organizational structure, succession planning, key training and leadership development, manager-employee conversations, and streamlined employee processes for optimal outcomes. We understand that smaller and medium-sized organizations often require this support for fewer hours annually compared to larger corporations, or they seek assistance on a project basis.


Many of these organizations have either outsourced their HR functions or rely on a dedicated individual for day-to-day operations. However, what sets us apart is our ability to provide strategic HR support that doesn't necessitate hiring an in-house Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Susannah is an adjunct professor for Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies, teaching Organizational Design in their Human Resources masters program.
